Salvaging and Repurposing an Unfortunate Disappointment
I like to experiment with new products. I was hoping that this product would be easier to put on at night to facilitate trips to the bathroom. Experiment failed. The corners are not adhesive; they have slits for threading a skimpy belt. Good luck with that. So how to repurpose the stock I’m stuck with? (And by the way, I got shorted through rather misleading representation — big time). You can cut out the guard part of the thing and throw away the rest. The guard part is good-sized, robust, and absorbent. You can put that inside either cloth or disposable briefs (cloth needs to be tight enough to avoid wetting your pants). That makes this a guard about 4 times more expensive than conventional guards (because of getting shorted in connection with the overt representation), but at least that’s something to salvage. (If I were to magically receive the full represented amount I would update this review to that effect; don’t hold your breath).

If you have to wear these for protection then purchase these because they offer more protection than other brands.

Almost good protection
I have both central neuropathy and incontinence. No feeling and no control. I am also large, so something that works for a smaller person might not work for me just because of my size. Adult diapers cause sweating, moisture that must also be removed. The elastic bands on these also cause sweating and need to be dried between uses. These absorb enough to handle single accidents but, when I don't notice or check, fail to absorb multiple accidents. Because of my size, they sometimes become uncomfortable. They will probably work well for many people but are marginal for my use. It is nice to be able to replace them without having to remove and replace my pants.
